hi everyone. since learning that i have to wear a bathing suit this weekend, i cried 4 times versus my usual once a night. i am fasting, (well, except black coffee which is like 5cals or something) until friday. i'm quite poor and can't afford a gym membership but i need some ways to get exercise! i have a ten pound dumbbell, and i do things like air cycling with my legs while watching tv, mounds of sit up, squats, lunges. for cardio i go for walks, sometimes just for fun, other times to my favourite cafe downtown.
do you guys know anything else inventive i may be able to do? i live in an apartment so stairs aren't really feasible to run up/down.
